9. Automated decision making and profiling
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing or profiling.
10. If you download our guide
When you ask for a guide from this website we collect your name, your firm's name and your email address. We use them to send you the guide, and to write to you occasionally about tax and running an advice firm. That second use relies on your consent, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails and we keep only a record that you asked us to stop, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, who host this website and process the data on our behalf under a contract. Netlify is based in the United States, so this involves a transfer outside the UK, made under safeguards approved for that purpose. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else for marketing.

This website uses only the cookies that are necessary for it to work. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set. If that changes we will ask for your consent first, and this notice will be updated before any such cookie is used.
12. Changes to this notice
We keep this notice under review and may update it from time to time. The latest version is always available on this website.
